Beginners 20 minutes Full body workout routine


This is beginners 20 minutes Full body workout routine for both men and women that you can do at home. Of course the gyms have now been opened but how really safe they are is questionable.


But not to worry, having done this Full body workout myself for the last three months, I assure you that it can replace your workout in the gym, it will not just help you build muscle and lose that extra fat but will also bring about the true shape of your body. 


Hello friends welcome to fit legends blog, I have designed this workout in the form of four circuits of four minutes each tapping almost every major muscle group.

CIRCUIT- 1


All right, get ready for the first circuit which is a kind of a full body stretch and warm up.


 20 seconds of each exercise with 10 seconds of rest in between.


  • ARM SWINGS.

  • SIDE ROTATIONS.

  • SIDE LOGS.

  • STANDING CRUNCHES.

  • TWISTERS.

  • BUTT KICKS.

  • CROSS STRETCH.

  • JUMPING JACKS.



 Now take rest for 30 seconds.


And the circuit one is over, well done, relax, do some deep breathing. sip some water if you would like to not much just to rinse the mouth.



CIRCUIT- 2


 Our circuit 2 is a set of eight exercises focusing on strength training. This one is going to be harder. Take a good deep breath in, come on Let's kill it.


Again, 20 seconds of each exercise and then 10 seconds of rest.


  • PUSHUPS.

  • SQUATS.

  • SQUAT JUMPS.

  • DIAMOND PUSHUPS.

  • SQUAT JUMPS.

  • PUSHUPS.

  • SQUAT HOLD.

  • DIAMOND PUSHUPS.



 Rest for 30 seconds.


And done a great job you have completed two circuits at your back, you're already halfway this workout. Just two more circuits, do some deep breathing, recover your energy levels, sip some water if you like.



CIRCUIT- 3



 Our next circuit involves the use of dumbbells, but if you don't have them, it's okay just use two filled water bottles. Use dumbbell weights that you're comfortable with 2,3,5 kg etc.



 seven exercises each for 30 seconds this time and then 10 seconds of rest.


  • DUMBBELL ROWS.

  • SHOULDER PRESS.

  • FRONT RAISES.

  • LATERAL RAISES.

  • BICEP CURLS.

  • TRICEP KICK BACKS.

  • CALF RAISES.


Take 30 seconds rest.


And done great work. Alright, so circuit three is complete, well done, deeply Breathe in and breathe out.



CIRCUIT- 4


Preparing for the final circuit which is focused on the core, the abdominal muscles. So are you ready for it, I'm sure you will love the after effect. All right now get ready and lie down on the mat.


We will be doing two cycles of four exercises, 20 seconds of each exercise and then 10 seconds of rest completing the full circuit of four minutes.


  • KNEE TOUCH.

  • RUSSIAN TWIST.

  • BICYCLES.

  • KNEE TO ELBOW PLANK.

  • KNEE TOUCHES.

  • RUSSIAN TWISTS.

  • BICYCLES.

  • KNEE TO ELBOW PLANK.


Done awesome, your Full body workout finishes, just lie down and here your full body workout ends. Close your eyes and relax. See how satisfied and rejuvenated you are feeling. Now, what an amazing start to the day, isn't it? Were you feeling resistance in the beginning?

 But now you would be thanking yourself that you did it? Yes, you did it. Be proud of it. thank you for not succumbing to lethargy, procrastination, and the rest of it.


 And you will read the benefits of spending these 20 minutes through the day not only in the form of muscle building or fat loss, but also in the form of heightened energy levels, better concentration, and most importantly, a happy mind.
