So let's check out its quick recipe in a pan add one tablespoon of cow ghee once the ghee gets hot put chana dal, mustard seeds, ginger, green chili, a few cashews, curry leaves and fry them a bit, now add chopped onions tomatoes, your favorite vegetables with salt and saute them.


Put some water to it now add broken wheat and give it a good mix cover it and let it cook on a low flame that's all in just a few minutes your cashew upma will be ready top it up with an extra spoon of ghee and serve hot so how easy was that well balanced with complex carbohydrates protein and healthy fats it is an ideal breakfast option for you this looks delicious. Serve as a break fast.



Recipe 2 -  BLACK CHANA CURRY

Black chana curry in a kadhai put some cow ghee to this add cumin seeds, chopped onions, curry leaves, salt, turmeric and saute them for a while now add some chopped tomatoes also add a pinch of black pepper and asafoetida now's the time to add so black chana and some bordeaux.


Mix well and let it simmer on a medium flame after about 20-25 minutes the black chana curry would be ready. Now if you want you can replace black chana with chickpeas rajma paneer curry or any other seasonal curry.


 Serve it as a lunch along with semi-brown rice or roti.

As for lassi,a recipes for weight gain smoothies simply take about three tablespoons of curd, put a teaspoon of mishri powder and fill the rest with water mix thoroughly so it is simple. Serve it with lunch.

Now add the chopped tomatoes, put about 70 grams of paneer and let it cook for five to 10 minutes. Now your paneer curry is ready. Serve it as a dinner along with rice or roti.


So again nothing fancy simply homemade food although it's not just what you eat, but how you eat is also very important.

According to Indian traditional nutrition science, it is highly recommended to finish your dinner well before 7pm Now it might not be a very practical thing for you. But if you can do it, nothing like it. 



Recipe 5 -  ASHWAGANDHA MILK SUPPLEMENT



Bodybuilding drink Ashwagandha milk supplement, let's check out its quick recipe in a band put one glass of milk mix one teaspoon of Ashwagandha powder, one cardamom, a pinch of turmeric, a pinch of black pepper and one teaspoon of cow ghee  let the milk simmer for a while.


 Meanwhile, take two almonds, two cashews and one walnut and crush them thoroughly to make a paste for this drink.


 I highly recommend a mortar and pestle but if you can't arrange one, you can go ahead with the grinder. By this time the milk would be boiled, add a little to the motor and crushed and dry foods even further.


 That's all, pour the milk in a container and so forth. This drink will not only give you the optimum nutrition to put on healthy body mass but will also help you sleep at the Ashwagandha present and it instantly relaxes the mind. Enjoy it.
